Educational, Simulated, and Demo-Only Nature
PropTradersLaunchpad is an educational community. Prizes may consist solely of sponsored access to third-party simulated or demo mode trading evaluations. Such access is not live capital, not a bank or brokerage account, and not an investment product. All content and promotions are for educational and demonstration purposes only, not investment advice or a promise of profit.
1. Sponsor
PropTradersLaunchpad ("PTL" or "we") is the sole sponsor and administrator of this giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who can lawfully participate under their local laws. Void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Period
Giveaway timing, entry windows, and winner announcement dates are communicated through PTL official channels, including our Discord server.
4. How to Enter
To participate in a PTL giveaway lucky draw, you must complete bothof the following steps by the deadline posted for that giveaway: (1) join the official PropTradersLaunchpad Discord server, and (2) submit the official giveaway entry form linked or described in PTL's giveaway announcements for that event. Submitting the entry form after you have joined Discord is mandatory — membership in the Discord server alone does not count as a complete entry until the required form has been fully and accurately submitted. Incomplete, late, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
PTL covers the registration fee for selected evaluation program account giveaway winners. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be substituted at PTL discretion if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Persons included in each giveaway's lucky draw are limited to those who both joined the PTL Discord server and fully submitted the required entry form on time. Winners are selected at random from eligible entries in accordance with the rules posted for each giveaway and announced via official PTL channels. If a selected winner does not respond in time, PTL may select an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions
PTL reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms, manipulate the process, or breach community standards. PTL may modify, suspend, or terminate a giveaway in case of technical or operational issues.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release PTL from liability for claims arising out of participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law. PTL provides no warranties regarding third-party services or program providers.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this giveaway is handled in accordance with the PTL Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Rules
Participation is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. These terms are interpreted according to PTL operational policies and applicable legal requirements.
